This policy explains how ReplyFlow AI ("we") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the platform to automate replies to Facebook and Instagram comments and Messenger messages.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you register.
• Meta Page data: when you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account via Facebook Login, we access — with your explicit consent through Meta's permissions screen — that Page's information, posts, comments, and associated Messenger conversations, solely to run the automation you configure.
• Data about people who interact with your Page: the public name, profile photo, and comment/message text of anyone who comments on or messages your Page — stored so it can be shown to you in the shared inbox and used to generate automated replies.
• Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

2. How we use Meta Platform Data

Data accessed via the Meta Graph API is used exclusively to power the features you enable: generating automated comment replies, sending private replies, and displaying conversations in your inbox. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with any third party beyond the service providers listed below.

3. Sub-processors

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Meta Platforms — Graph API for connecting and syncing your Pages.
• AI providers (e.g. Groq, Google Gemini, or OpenAI, depending on what you enable) — to generate automated reply text from a customer's comment.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. Deleting your account or disconnecting a Page permanently deletes its associated data (conversations, rules, tokens) from our database. To request manual deletion, contact support.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request full deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS, and sensitive access tokens (such as Facebook Page tokens) are encrypted before storage.
