1. The service

ReplyFlow AI is a platform that lets you connect Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts and automate replies to comments and private messages, including AI-generated replies.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Plans and billing

New accounts start on a limited-time, limited-Page free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal only — your current paid period remains active until it ends.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to send unlawful content, content that violates Meta's Platform Policies (Facebook and Instagram), unsolicited spam, or content that impersonates another person.

5. Our relationship with Meta

ReplyFlow AI is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. You are solely responsible for your compliance with Meta's Platform Policy and Instagram Platform Policy while using the automation features.

6. AI-generated replies

Automated replies generated by AI may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing the templates and instructions you configure to make sure they fit your business.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
